Delete your account

You can delete your FlexNa account, and the personal information that goes with it, at any time.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open FlexNa and sign in.
  2. Go to Account, then Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you still have orders in progress, or FlexNa still owes you money from sales, the app tells you what to finish first (for example, a final payout), so nothing is lost.

Or ask us

Email [email protected] from the email linked to your account, or tell us your FlexNa username, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, listings, messages, saved items, addresses, follows, saved searches and help cases, plus the ID photos from a seller application. If you signed in with Facebook or Apple, we stop using that login and delete what it shared with us (your name, email and profile photo).

What we keep

Records of past orders and payments, only as long as tax and business laws require. They no longer show your profile.
